1.Product introduction

Experimental spray drying(spray dryer / spray dryer) and its main application in the laboratories of universities, research institutes and food pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises to produce micro particle powder, which is widely applicable to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying of heat sensitive substances, such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Material is only heated when sprayed into foggy particles, so it is only heated instantaneously, which can keep the active ingredients of these materials from being destroyed after drying.

The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, so that the drying process can be carried out in a non polluting environment.

Built-in imported oil-free air compressor, the diameter of powder spraying is normal distribution, fluidity is very good, noise is very low, less than 60 db.

In the design of drying temperature control, real-time PID constant temperature control technology is adopted to make the temperature control in the whole temperature zone accurate and the heating temperature control accuracy (+1 C).

In order to maintain the purity of the sample, the air inlet filter is equipped.

The feed quantity can be adjusted by feeding peristaltic pump, and the minimum sample volume can reach 80ml.

After drying, the particle size of the finished powder is even, and more than 95% of the dry powder is in the same particle size range.

For viscous materials, there is a nozzle cleaner (through needle). When the nozzle is blocked, it will be automatically cleared. The frequency of through needle can be automatically adjusted.

The upgraded atomization system can effectively solve the problem of adhesion of some viscous materials in cyclone separators. Causes the material to accumulate in the cyclone separator for a long time.
